Two new tenants bring 1600 Bush St to full occupancy

Baltimore, MD - February 23, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- Cushman & Wakefield today announced that 1600 Bush St. in Baltimore has signed two new leases totaling 8,260 square feet, bringing the building to full occupancy. Telga Corporation, a Texas-based energy consulting firm, leased 3,880 square feet and MLN Advertising, a search engine marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) solutions firm, leased 4,380 square feet.
